Uber Eats Support (must do better UX for suppot)

I've had a couple of incidents with Uber eats first is a year ago where they double charged me and said they'll refund my money and the second was just last night ordered 4 meals for my family and they driver came with one missing meal, worse a kids meal. I placed a query with their support and I'm only getting refunded for fries which is rediculous having spent for a full meal and only getting refunded for that.
