Uber eats support is useless, don't expect a refund

I have gone above and beyond replying and following up on my ticket everyday for just shy of 7 days now. No response past "they will now review my account activity".

I have sent the actions I will be forced to take. My unemployed husband has sat in the specific restaurant we ordered from and watched drivers complain about orders not being ready. Watched in store customers being served as priority. There is no way the restaurant or the DRIVER lost out on any financial gain by me cancelling my order 5 minutes after it was accidently placed, as your support mentioned.. I have screenshots of your so called support replying to my ticket with an order that was not even mine! Clearly copy pasted. I will not let this go, I will show uber eats what it is like *****ing R175 from struggling consumers
