When he finally arrived, the package was torn open, some items were missing, and he admitted he stopped at a friend’s house. I contacted Uber support immediately, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I paid over R400 for food I never received, and so far, no assistance or solution has been offered. This is incredibly frustrating — customers should never have to deal with this kind of inaction.
