Uber Eats support cannot fix bug

Uber eats does not seem to know their own app, after a problem with my phone I cannot add a card op my app. I reinstalled the app but still does not allow me to capture a card. They tell meg me to delete the invalid card and readd it. There is no invalid card. there is no cards saved and I cannot add one (the original card I previously had on the app), it's says card is already added try another one. Now their support is just not returning any emails.
