Uber eats sucks.... no way to contact anyone if you don't get your food but you paid

My first attempt using uber eats and truly was a mess up. The driver left the food in the road and drive off at the incorrect address with loads of ppl walking by. We had ordered for food for clients and ended waiting at the gate only to realise it has been delivered at the incorrect address. We then have to re order the same food and pay cash and when waiting at the gate we see this idiot literally about to do the same thing again. He is then given the cash he decides to make aside the order was cancelled and we now owe this amount before we are able to order again. Getting hold of support absolutely sucks. There is no way to get hold of these ppl for a refund for your food.
