Uber eats sucks /****mers

Pathetic pathetic. Yesterday was my daughter sports day which was held at Kings Park Staduum. I ordered pizza from Romans through the Uber eats app as well as chicken licken. My chicken order was placed after the pizza order and it arrived 1st. I stood outside the stadium for an hour, I tried calling the pizza driver he dint answer next I look my order says delivered left by the door. Who door ? Uber Eats is refusing to give me my money. I have proof the driver did not call me and the tracking he was stable 4 minutes at 1 place for about 40 minutes. Another lady standing with me also had the same issue and her driver spoke to her but still marked as deliverd now they do not want to compensate we must be okay with paying for something we never received. How do we take this further. Don’t order with Uber eats. Saddest part we can’t speak to a human
