Uber Eats Sucks

I am very disgusted by Uber eats I placed an order The order came to R215 On my order I did specify the correct address and directions into the yard. Driver parked his bike at number 13 and my house is number 7 and refused to move. Tried to contact the driver as well and Uber eats does not allow you to call the driver direct and refuses to refund my money. I'm gonna be taking this matter further. You'll treat customers like dogs that driver must have enjoyed my food with his family and by the way the restaurant was Pedro's
