UBER EATS SUCKS - DELETING THIS APP AFTER MY REFUND

My order never #14F21 never arrived and Uber connect to the driver does not work. The delivery person's name is Tinashe, (-Tinashe- , in case his name is hidden). I want my refund! This is **** and I will be contacting my lawyers if I'm not refunded for this order!
