Uber Eats SUCKS

I placed an order with uber eats. An hour later drivers were accepting and then cancelling delivery. After waiting for 10 minutes on the call centre line, the operator was unwilling to assist as I could not provide an order number…there was no order number anywhere on the app that I could provide. He was rude and said I should call back when I have the details. After an hour the order was cancelled. There is simply no recourse if drivers are not available. You cannot even change to pickup. UberE’s service has deteriorated to the extent that I will use Mr D in future.
