UBER EATS SUCKS

HI There I am a regular customer of Uber eats and the service i received today was terrible, It happened a few time before but today was really bad, I placed an order at 12:15pm only to find out its over an hour and my food was not delivered , made contact with Uber support chatted to UD and Imran and they refused to help, They cancelled my order and charged me for it , this is totally unprofessional , This service sucks
