Uber eats sucks

First and last time I will use Uber eats, I personally had to go to KFC to get Uber eats assistance. I ordered a family meal, then again ordered a family meal plus a spicy burger. The one order I got but under the wrong order nr. I'm getting refunded but my issue is, I'm getting refunded on the 2nd order, which I did not receive my burger. And for some reason they want to refund me on the order with the less amount. Went there said they will phone me during the day still waiting on a call. Never will I use that service again.
