Uber Eats Sucks!!!

I ordered food, paid for it and it wasn't delivered. There is no phone number to call, there is a help section on the app but nobody responds. It's been a while now and I don't know what to do. My order and the money I paid for it has just disappeared. The app claims it was delivered but it wasnt. It seems this is the gamble you take when using Uber Eats, you pay for the food and then it's luck of the drawer if the food will arrive. Terrible company with no customer service phone communication available !!!!
