Uber eats sucks

I was charged *****ulently on the same day by Uber eats to my credit card. Two amounts on the 28th of May. I requested help and i was advised Mesago charged the orders which amounted to 1600 and he is linked to my card. How is that possible or legal. Who allowed him to have access to my own card. Now there has been no further interaction from them. I only used the app ons in April for 45 rand. No contact number to speak to someone it's was just left the worst service in the world. I will be taking them to the news paper. I had to cancel my credit card and now have new one so much effort. Because there security on the site is non exsitant. Discusting.
