Uber Eats sucks

@ubereats. I ordered a small meal on 31 Jan'26. I paid COD and even tipped the driver. I only went into the app to do another order about1 week ago, only to discover a message that says I have to pay R195.

I contacted Uber Eats many times via the app and this is the automated message I get over and over again:

Hi Marina, Thanks for reaching out. We understand how frustrating this must be for you. We’re unable to make any adjustments to this order, as it was placed more than 48 hours ago. In future, if you experience any issues with an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

I do not sit on the app and order everyday, so there is no way of knowing of this message unless I go in to put in another order.

Can Uber Eats respond????
