UBER EATS SUCKS.......

I placed a small order from McDonald's through Uber Eats. I ordered 6 items and only received 5. This is not the first time. I constantly have an issue with them. My problem is that you can't get hold of anyone. They would rather refund you then service their customer as to say you as a customer is a problem that needs to be gotten rid of. By the way, the refund never gets passed anyway. How do you as a parent say to your children you can't have what you wanted because delivery agents CANT COUNT OR AT THE VERY LEAST READ WHATS ON THERE PHONE. At least Mr D when they make a mistake, they try to help you and replace or correct your order that the everyone in the house can have what they ordered. I WILL MAKE IT MY MISSION TO MAKE SURE THAT UBER EATS NEVER GET BUSINESS AGAIN. YOU PEOPLE SUCK.
