Uber Eats sucks

I placed an order on the app last night from Roman's Observatory. The driver pitched up with 1 x pizza missing and cold food!!!! I logged this via the app 22 hours ago and no one got back to me. I have footage of the driver collecting all 4 my pizzas and yet I was only given 3. Now what!? You can't even call them.
