Uber eats stole my R931.10

I had the amount of R931.10 ****** form me for a canceled order. I contacted Uber eats the same day and was given a case number. While waiting for a response a few days passed. I then reached out again to Uber and was advised that it's now over 48 hours and can't get a refund. I then advised the agent Khushboo that I have a case number showing that I contacted them in the required time. And was told again that she can't help. I then requested for a manager and I am still waiting with no luck. I have also contacted the Pocatello Spur Steak Ranch and was told by the manager that the order was never placed. That I should contact uber for the refund which I did.

PLEASE DONT YOU EVER USE UBER AS THEY WILL ROB YOU TOO.
