Uber Eats STOLE my money

I placed an order yesterday with chick king via uber eats Proceeded to ozow payment via flutterwave. Payment went through received sms from my bank Update order will b delivered latest by 3pm.

App closed I reopened only to find my order was no where to b found yet I was charged R220 for it.

No record in the history I tried to query it ,no contact nr works and no option for someone to assist me as everything is just automated ****
