Uber Eats Stole my money

Today i ordered lunch from Steers and the driver went to the wrong location and took a picture and send it to Uber Eats claiming that he has delivered it, the driver doesn't have a valid license- uber eats employs ******.They dont want to refund my money saying that the driver followed protocol which is *******, he was at the wrong address,its not my first time using this app.Uber Eats stole my money.
