Uber eats STOLE MY MONEY

I have ordered through the app last night 17 March 2022 and didnt get my full order. The driver wont answer his phone, I cant get through to Uber eats on their support line, i have logged MULTIPLE calls through the app as directed when you try and contact their help center and no one is getting back to me. Called Lotus Eats and they claim they cant do anything because the food is there uber didnt fetch it all. My car is broken down so now i have spent money, didnt get the food and its STILL at the restraunt and NO ONE is getting back to me. This isnt the first time this happened, It happened on a previous order when my drink wasnt delivered. Tried to call the driver and he didnt answer then either. That food is now OLD and wont be good for consumption anymore. Will someone get back to me now ?
