Uber eats stole my money

On the 17th i placed a order amounting to R395.70 using 2 voucher to make payment. After calling the store i odered from and been told that my order was not accepted i processed to cancel the order, expecting to be refunded. Today is the 20th of November Uber eat has responded saying they will not refund me as the food was delivered we never received any food.

Uber has basically ****** my money R395.70 no food received most pathetic customer service
