UBER EATS STOLE MY MONEY

So disgusted and disappoint at how uber eats has handled my experience with them. I ordered a meal which was paid for in full with my card and my meal was not even delivered by the driver yet he reported it as delivered. I laid a complain and ubereats refuses to assist me and refund my money or replace the meal! Their feedback was that I should just rate the driver. As if we haven't seen enough looting in S.A the past month I guess UBEREATS AND THEIR STAFF HOPPED ON THE TREND TO LOOT THEIR CLIENTS NOW ! #UBEREATS DRIVER STOLE MY FOOD #UBEREATS STOLE MY MONEY - HOW ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
