Uber eats stole my food and money

I bought 2 pizza from pizza boys on the Uber eats app, 8 waited for 45 mins for my order, no one comes, I get a call from the guy asking where am I he cannot see me, but I was waiting for them at the front gate. I then go on the Uber eats app and find that the order shows delivered, after this I freak out and call the driver showing on the app, he says I won't come, I won't come. Uber eats driver has stole my food. And Uber eats app shows my food is delivered. I am requesting Uber eats to show me oroff that my pin was enters for the collection of the food, but they have not responded to me at all. Now my food got ******, I lost R250 and I also have a tip to the driver before hand so I'm R280 out of pocket becuase of Uber eats. I never had this issue with Mr D. Uber eats need to give me my refund. I won't adv you guys to use Uber eats as they probably will ***** your food one day.
