Uber Eats stink

Contacted Uber Eats with a cloned bank card transactions, proof of the amounts used as well as a screenshot with our bank card. Their reply is that the *****’s info are being protected. My bank details are not available to any family or friends, but their suggestion is to ask them whether they used the card? Another excuse according to them are miscommunication. Why would I pay R1000 for someone else’s food? And have the inconvenience of canceling a bank card and then wait a week for a new card. So disgusted!!!
