Uber eats stills your money and food

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. I ordered food to my workplace, which is a school, then the notification was received driver is outside. My delivery instructions say meet me at the door. Due to connection issues, I can't respond to the driver, so I walk outside and to the actual gate where I speak to the security, he hasn't seen any deliveries. As I'm walking back to the school, I get a picture of my pizza on the pavement outside. I then see it's at the back gate, so I walk there immediately. When I get there, I ask the security if he has seen the driver. He says yes, but he did not enter even though the gate was open. He didn't even mention he was looking for someone. I also asked if he saw the pizza being left outside, he says no, he never left it there. Tried to get a refund, Uber Eats says their delivery policy was followed as I was notified that someone was there. Never again
