Uber eats stile my money

What disgusting service I received from Uber eats last year. My R300 gone and zero food delivered. I phoned the driver, a call centre, used the app and no one and nothing could assist me. I had to reorder via Mr Delivery for my kids and when I eventually could contact them on the app, I was told it's too late. No, I paid for a service with my money and never received anything. Pay back my money!!
