Uber eats / Steers loch logan match made in hell

I ordered from Steers Loch Logan via Uber eats. I made sure to see if everything was there only to find out there was items missing. Whilst the driver was there I called the call centre and they gave me me number for nontsikilelo. He refused to help and gave me another number. That new number just rang and no answer. I kept calling Nontsikilelo backand he was very curt. Eventually someone called me back named Nthabiseng. She proceed to yell at the delivery driver and told him to take food back. Mind you the food arrived late in the first place as I could see on my app that the driver was waiting for a long time. The driver took the food back and still the outstanding food was not ready. The driver called me and said he'll return the missing items. I'm aware that this at his own cost but he made sure I get my food. At no point did steers apologise for the inconvenience they caused, cold food and having to wait for food with hungry kids. I commend the driver for taking initiative. We were hungry and then having to deal with hungry kids and having to wait for so long. This is totally unacceptable. Not even an attempt to make it up to me.
