Uber Eats - *****s our money!

Bunch of *******. I won a voucher. R1000. I was not able to use it at all. I tried various outlets, I could not use it. The staff all tried to assist. I called - One call seemed to have been an international call. I was told they could not help me they will get someone from MY REGION to call me back - No call. Dug around all over to find other contact nrs and email addresses - nothing! When you do an online query - the will contact you. They don't! They seem to be steeling our money and getting away with it!
