Uber eats *****s money

On the 25th November, I placed an order with pizza news Mayfair through uber eats. The order was for R760. It was short delivered by 4 pizzas. Uber eats refuses to refund me and pizza news Mayfair claims they sent all 11 pizza's with the driver. I then placed a second order through uber eats with pizza news again, which was cancelled. I was charged but not refunded. Between uber eats and pizza nwes Mayfair I lost R 600. Neither party is willing to assist or investigate. Both are quite happy to ***** from me. Worst service ever.
