Uber Eats staff dishonesty

On Thursday the 27th February 2025 I ordered a pizza. My family and I went around the corner to buy KFC but my Mother inlaw was home. When we got back I saw missed calls on my phone and I call back to find out it's the Uber Eats driver. He says he called several times and I agree but tell him my Mother inlaw was home. He says he's busy with another delivery then he will bring/drop my order. After almost an hour I try calling back to check where is the driver and the phone number goes to voicemail. I go to the app and the order shows delivered and a picture of the pizza I was really upset because this driver is lying. When I contacted Uber Eats via there app the response was the driver followed the policy. I then responded to ask is ********* behavior and lying part of the Uber Eats policy. No response received.
