Uber Eats South African is a ****

Today i bought 2 pizzas from Debonairs Vona Valley through UberEats but didn't get them.I just got order complete and a missed call. Did even here my phone right i was in the house no one knocked at the door.The Uber Eats says they will not refund me the driver followed their policy. But i have paid who has my pizza then couldn't they have dropped it somewhere i can come pick up.
