Uber Eats (South Africa) - Very, very poor service!!!

Kindly advise why I have not yet received my refund in connection with Order No. AF296!!! And in this regard, kindly advise why I am only being refunded the food order (as per the app), and not the entire amount? THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE, TO SAY THE VERY LEAST!!! I look forward to receiving a VERY PROMPT response, together with a very prompt refund of my funds!
