UBER EATS SOUTH AFRICA CHEATS BLACK OWNED RESTAURANTS ON THEIR PLATFORM

I been running a restaurant on the Uber Eats Platform Called Mam P's Restaurant Since February 2021. Upon signing up the restaurant owner is given the opportunity to choose if they would like to use a Tablet or use their own Cellphone. I chose the Tablet option and when this is chosen the restaurant is to pay R6000. There issue now is that Uber Eats SA have been deducting this amount since February and as they pay weekly there is usually no payment done at all to the restaurant which means we run at a loss and stock up on fresh produce only to make nothing . Their deductions are not understandable(Eg The description of their deductions say "Miscellaneous") and they don't send a statement showing how much is owned and the percentage of their fees is not clear to understand. To date Uber Eats says we still owing them R1000 for a tablet that they claimed was R6000 however they have deducted much more than that amount. They are killing black business and surely could never do this to the global corporates that operate upon their platform. Remedial action is needed and this will be taken the legal route as money was invested and Uber Eats took every single possible return. We have spoken To Relebogile Mmusi and other staff members who fail to answer the question of the deductions, how much is owed on the Tablet or was deducted and to show us the actual statement. They have also failed to explain what is the percentage they deduct. To this day we have made a loss due to their deductions having made many sale......DISAPPOINTING
