Uber Eats slow delivery

On Sat 30/09/2023 at +- 19h30 I placed an order with Uber Eats for delivery from The Baron in Woodmead to my home - a distance of 4 kms and driving time of 7 mins. After having changed delivery drivers three times, my meal eventually was delivered at 21h00 - 90 mins after placing my order. The food was of poor quality, and barely warm - I have ordered from The Baron many times before, and never experienced service or quality like this. The App does not allow for any comments whatsoever, aside from their pre-populated ones.
