Uber eats- sloppy service

Im so disappointed in this place, I cant even believe this!

I had placed my order worth R246 including delivery fee. When the driver arrived, he had only the 1 item worth R60 and said this was all they had given him as my order. Tried calling Uber Eats for help and it was said that they only answer calls if my number was registered on the app (which it is) so my call was declined. I managed to email them and ask for my refund of R186 and they kept saying they refunded R60. Amount owed to me is R186 NOT R60!

I have requested to speak to someone else or a manager so that I can have my money refunded and not once have they sent a number or put me through to a manager. Just kept saying the issue is resolved as they have refunded R60. They are incapable of doing their job properly

Still have not received my full refund
