Uber Eats sinking to the drain

Yesterday the 08th Feb I ordered groceries on uber eats and the order was never delivered. Instead the driver gave me attitude and walked off with my deliveries. I proceeded to contact Uber and they refuse to give me a refund. Mind you that was my last money in my account. Today decided to give them a chance and then paid cash instead the driver didn't bother to credit my account and still uber eats has not yet compensated me.
