Uber Eats should bot be operating!!!!!

Ordered from this App and mistakenly pressed UberOne free trial. Before I saw anything R500 was taken out of my account. Their policy states that you can cancel within 48 hours on the app but no option to cancel 9n the help section. Even more frustrating is the supposed text you send to the support staff. The text just dissapeares and an automated "we received your text" There is no feedback after that. And the contact number does not even work!! Clear violations of the Consumer Protection Act
