UBER EATS service terrible

I have regularly received poor Service. Tonight was a “ringer”. I placed my order at 6:38pm. Waited to see my order delayed due to “combining with another order” by another 25 mins to arrive at 8:15pm. At 8:15 I checked again and the order was canceled - no suggestion doe an alternative and just a sorry for you - never again
