Uber Eats service sucks.

I ordered Chicken licken, and the ETA was 8:45 pm, with 9:00pm as the latest I would receive my order, it's 9:25pm and I'm still waiting. I called chicken licken and they said my order has been ready for almost an hour. The app doesn't even allow you to cancel the order. This is the second time Uber eats dissapoints me. The last time I waited for my order for almost 2 hours. ???? Oh and you can't call the driver...
