Uber Eats service is pathetic

I placed an order on Uber Eats app around 12:30-12:40 and I received my order frozen at 2pm. The driver is unaware what the delay is. And my house is 5 to 6 mins away from the restaurant. I want a refund back since Uber Eats service in Lenasia is pathetic
