Uber Eats service!!!

Uber eats ie real disappointing. I purchased food online for a cash delivery. The driver came and delivered the food and I paid him cash but now I am unable to purchase food on Uber eats anymore due to the fact the driver apparently didn't receive the money yet, so now everytime I want to order food, I am expected to pay the "outstanding" amount first of which I had already paid. I'm not impressed at all, I tried to send emails complaining about this but nothing, I am truly not impressed with the service I received. I don't know if drivers now do this and decide to pocket the money for themselves but it's bad because its affecting the entire Uber eats business.

Very much disappointed.
