Uber Eats Service Dropping

The driver took a picture at the random area as if he has delivered the food. When I tried to call, he never picked up the call. This is the second time this has happened to me. I am yet to receive a response from helpdesk which takes 24 hours to respond and the invoice generates after 24 hours. How ironic.
