UBER EATS - **** SERVICE

I'm so sick and tired of ordering through uber eats, they simply do not follow instructions. Included in the address is a special instruction that says MEET AT FRONT DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They either cancel my order or they leave it on the pavement.... really now?? Is that what we pay for???? What makes it worse is that website has no complaint option so their customers cannot see whats really happening
