Uber Eats served raw chicken on pizza + Admitted fault 3x in writing + *******ly refused refund

On 28 April 2025. Uber Eats delivered raw undercooked chicken on the pizza that was unsafe to eat.I have photos. I asked for a refund under Consumer Protection Act Section 56. Uber Eats sent me three emails admitting the food was unsafe for human consumption. First email said food safety issue but no refund. Second email said food was not well cooked but no refund.Third email said following up with restaurant but still no refund and case closed. This is ******* under CPA Section 55 and 56. Uber Eats policy does not override South African South African law. I have escalated to Standard Bank and Ombudsman. Uber Eats cannot refuse refund if there was a food safety issue
