Uber eats se moer

I ordered a meal worth R105 from the Uber eats app choosing Pedros in Woodmead as a food service and my favorite chioce as usual.

When the driver arrived he was rude and did not address me properly and spoke in a language I did not understand eyeballing me in the interim and I told him that I will get change if he can wait a bit, which he became very rude and said that he has other stops (which I am not disputing) because he needs to deliver other people's food as well. He kept on going on and I said that he should just leave because of his rudeness.

So the driver left with the food and Uber eats have the nerve to still deduct the full amount of R105 from my account.

Now I want my refunded to me because I did not even have the meal I ordered but they got a nerve to take my money.

I like using Uber it is convenient and easy but if they have these types of people working for them, then what;s the point of giving good ratings.
