UBER EATS ********

I placed an order on the 17th of Feb 2020 at 1:28. The order amount was debited from my account and then after a few minutes, I received a notification that the order is ready and the uber eats is on its way to pick up the order. 30 minutes later I realize that my order has still not been delivered so I then made contact with their support to find out what the status on my order is and no one seems to have answers.

At the end of the day, no food was delivered. Yet my account was debited!
