Uber Eats ********

Uber Eats is a ****, yesterday l ordered food from Rocco Mamas using Uber Eats and an Uber Eats driver collected my order, next thing, the order was supposed to be delivered by 9:00pm. 9:10 no sign, the driver's number(Roco Mama manager was kind enough to give me) goes to voicemail, l sent him messages on the Uber Eats app he does not respond, his contact number on Uber Eats does not work, l called Uber they dont answer( they are conviniently unreachable). 10pm, 11pm, 12am, l went to sleep hungry. This morning l woke up only to find that my order has been cancelled, no correspondence whatsoever. My money was not even refunded, this is the most disappointing experience ever
