Uber eats ********

Uber eats are new ******** in the block? I had ordered from them and the food never arrived, so I forgot about it because I did not have time to follow up then. I again ordered from them and again no food showed up, I then went to the kfc this time ,there said there can't help me,I need to contact Uber eats. Tried calling voice mail and then I sent an email still no response.one of the Uber eats drive I met at the shop said ,Uber tells them to throw away food after 8 minutes if unable to contact the customer.so I feel like most of them are doing it on purpose. And for that matter I started contacting the drive in app to no response before they even got to me. Eventually went to voice mail.
