Uber Eats ****!

Uber Eats! What a **** to say the least! I was given 2 Uber Eats gift vouchers @ R200 per voucher. Decided to order food and loaded the first voucher onto my app. Instead of it loading, the money was deducted from my bank account! When I tried to enter the voucher again, I received a message stating that the voucher has already been used! In desperation, I loaded the second voucher number and when I tried to order, it gave me the exact same message. I tried calling their "helpdesk". Was placed on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told by the operator that I have to log a call via the app. To date, I still have my gift vouchers (R400) which, sadly, I still have not used!!!! I am appalled that this company is still allowed to operate and probably continue to **** customers who have faith in their services. I probably won't even get a response to this and not sure what I must do with my now useless gift vouchers!!!
