Uber eats - ****

Absolutely ******* service. Billed for two pizzas and received one pizza completely cold and one not at all. The driver sat in the parking for 40 minutes, read all of my messages without bothering to reply and ignored all of my calls. When trying to get hold of Uber eats it is impossible. I sent an email to them and received a reply saying the issue has been resolved and I had been refunded for one pizza, no apologies. I emailed back to say the issue was not yet resolved and received the exact same reply. The driver had a ******* excuse and no mention of investigating the issue.
